开车时玩手机真的很危险。手机里的信息、游戏、视频都很容易吸引人的注意力，让我们的眼睛和心思都离开路面，哪怕只是一秒钟，也可能造成不可挽回的后果。而且，开车需要全神贯注，双手和双眼都要随时准备应对各种突发情况。如果我们在开车时玩手机，就会大大降低反应速度和判断力，增加发生事故的风险。

我呼吁大家，开车时千万不要玩手机。如果有重要的电话或者信息需要回复，可以先把车停在安全的地方，再处理。安全永远是第一位的，我们要珍惜生命，遵守交通规则，做一个负责任的驾驶员。

Recently, I've noticed that some people like to use their phones while driving, which is actually a very dangerous behavior. I want to tell everyone that using your phone while driving not only distracts your attention but can also lead to serious traffic accidents.

Last Saturday, my dad and I were on our way to my grandma's house. On the road, I saw the driver next to us playing with his phone while driving. His eyes kept shifting from the phone screen to the road and back again, several times over. Suddenly, there was a sharp turn ahead, and because the driver didn't react in time, he almost hit a tree by the roadside. At that moment, my heart jumped into my throat. Fortunately, he managed to turn the steering wheel in the nick of time and avoided the accident, but it still gave me a cold sweat.
